Issue
A recurring Zoom meeting may be missing from the meeting list even though the meeting still exists. The meeting may be hidden because of its recurrence settings, date range, recurrence end date, or location in the meetings interface. You may notice that:
- A recurring meeting is missing from the upcoming or previous meetings.
- A meeting disappears after you edit its recurrence settings or extend its end date.
- A recurring meeting configured with No Fixed Time does not appear with scheduled meetings.
- A meeting is no longer visible after its recurrence end date passes.
- A recurring meeting appears in an unexpected section of the meetings page.
- The meeting still works through its direct meeting link, but is not shown in the meetings list.
Cause
Zoom recurring meetings can appear to be missing because Zoom displays meetings according to their recurrence configuration, date range, and meeting status. The most common visibility conditions are:
- The meeting is outside the default date range: Zoom normally displays only the next 3 months of upcoming scheduled meetings by default.
- The meeting uses No Fixed Time: These recurring meetings are listed separately at the bottom of the upcoming meetings list rather than in chronological order.
- The recurrence has ended: After all scheduled occurrences have passed the recurrence end date, the meeting moves from Upcoming to Previous.
- The selected date range excludes the meeting: Meetings scheduled far in the past or future may not appear with the current date filter.
- The recurrence settings were edited: Changing recurrence settings can change where the meeting appears on the Meetings page.
- The meeting was deleted: A deleted recurring meeting may need to be recovered from Recently Deleted.
Resolution
