Adding text boxes in Zoom Slides
Users can add and customize text boxes within their presentation slides, enhancing both the visual appeal and the communicative clarity of their content.

How to add a text box
- Create or open a presentation.
- In the top toolbar, click the Text icon
. - Drag the cursor and create the desired size text box.
- Enter the desired text.
- (Optional) Use the toolbar to manage the basic formatting.
How to manage a text box
To manage a text box using the Design tool:
- Within a slide, click on the desired text box.
- In the top toolbar, click Format options.
The following options will be available:
- Size & Position: Adjust the size and position of the text vix within the slide, including the alignment within the slide.
- Typography: Select the font type, font style, font size, line and letter spacing, and alignment.
- Text color: Select the text color. In addition to selecting colors, users can also have the ability to use gradients, upload images, or use a custom pattern.
- Text outline: Select the text style include Theme colors, as well as the Border Style, Border Weight, and Join Type.
- Fill: Select the fill color for the text box. In addition to selecting colors, users can also have the ability to use gradients, upload images, or use a custom pattern.
- Border: Select the border style include Theme colors, as well as the Border Style and Border Weight.
- Shadow: Select the shadow effect for the text box. In addition, you can modify the shadow effect's Color, Distance, Blur, and Angle.
