Zoom Slides enable users to create presentations via natural-language prompts. These tools can generate images, speaker notes, and even summarize entire presentations, streamlining the content creation process.
(Optional) In the AI Companion Panel, click the plus icon to manually upload or select one or more items from Meetings, Zoom Hub, Google Drive, or OneDrive to include as reference material for your prompt.
In the AI Companion Panel, enter keywords, phrases, or sentences to describe the presentation you are building, then click the send icon. Learn more aboutformatting your AI Companion prompt.
AI Companion will begin generating the presentation, displaying a planning tool with the status of steps taken to create the presentation. In addition, AI Companion will ask any clarification questions to any clarification questions necessary for creating the presentation.
Once the presentation has been generated, it can be refined using the AI Companion panel or manually updated using the slide tools.

How to update existing slides using AI
Open a new presentation.
Click on the element within a slide.
In the toolbar, click the AI Companion icon .
Enter a prompt or use the designated Quick actions for the element type. Note: Quick actions are only supported with text boxes and images.
How to generate images in slides
Create or open a presentation.
In the top toolbar, click the Media icon .
In the left navigation of the media menu, click AI images.
In the AI Companion text box, enter the prompt for the image.
(Optional) Select a specific Model, Style, and Image Ratio when generating the image.
Click the Send icon . AI Companion will generate the image.
(Optional) Hover over an image and click the More icon to access additional options:
Edit prompt: Update the prompt for the image generation.
Download: Download the image to your device.
Delete: Delete the image.
How to generate speaker notes for a slide
Open a new presentation.
Navigate to the desired slide.
In the Speaker notes text box, click Generate.
Select whether to generate speaker notes For this slide (the current slide) or For all slides (all slides in the presentation). AI Companion will generate speaker notes based on the slide's content.
(Optional) Click the Voice-over icon and select the voice-over voice and language for the speaker notes. Note: This will apply to all slides in the presentation.
