Canceling a Zoom subscription on the Apple App Store

If you purchased your Zoom subscription through Apple's App Store, you must cancel it using your Apple account. Zoom cannot cancel or manage subscriptions billed by Apple.

If you purchased your Zoom subscription directly from Zoom, you'll need to cancel it on the Zoom web portal instead.

Note: Starting with Zoom app version 6.5.0, new iPhone and iPad users in the US can purchase, manage, and cancel subscriptions through the Zoom website. If you subscribed on zoom.us, you must cancel your subscription through your Zoom account rather than the Apple App Store.

How to cancel your Zoom subscription from the Apple App Store on Mac or iOS

iOS

Follow these steps to cancel your subscription on iPhone or iPad:

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Tap Zoom.
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription.

  2. Click your name.
