Viewing your Zoom account and subscription details

You can view your Zoom account and subscription details in the Zoom web portal. The plan page lets you check your current Zoom plan type, license quantity, renewal date and costs, billing cycle, pending plan changes, coupons, and more.

How to view the details of a Zoom subscription

Access the Zoom plan page

Your Zoom subscription plan is either under the Plan Management or Current Plans tab. These tabs display your subscription summary, individual plan details, pending changes, active coupons, renewal information, and more. You can also manage or update your subscription from this page.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an account owner, admin, or user that has a custom role with billing privileges.
  2. In the top-right corner, click your profile picture or initials, then click Plans and Billing.
    You'll see either the Current Plans tab or the Plan Management tab.
  3. Review each of your individual plan tiles.

Review your Zoom subscription details

  1. Access the Zoom subscription page.
  2. To view information about a specific subscription, identify the following:

If you have a free subscription, your current plan will indicate that you’re on the Zoom Workplace Basic plan and have a meeting duration limit of 40 minutes. To upgrade to a paid account, click Upgrade to Pro. If you have a Pro account, but your account is showing Zoom Workplace Basic, you may not be signed in to the correct account. Find your Zoom subscription renewal or end date

  1. Access the Zoom subscription page.
  2. On the plan tile, in the NEXT INVOICE DATE field, view the renewal or expiring date of your current Zoom plan.
    Note: If your plan uses a recurring billing cycle, the date is listed as your next billing date.
