Reactivating your Zoom account after suspension for non-payment
If your Zoom subscription was suspended or canceled because of non-payment, you must resolve any outstanding invoices before you can restore paid services, reactivate your subscription, or purchase additional licenses. When an account is downgraded for non-payment, a credit may offset part of the amount due. This means you are generally charged only for the period during which you had access to Zoom’s paid services, helping avoid double-billing when you begin a new service period.
