Viewing your Zoom meeting history

Meeting history lets you review which meetings you've hosted on Zoom to check past meeting details or track your own usage. This feature allows individual users to access their own meeting history directly through the Zoom web portal, helping you stay organized and informed about your meeting activity.

How to view the history of meetings you have hosted

As a meeting host, you can review all meetings you have hosted through the Zoom web portal. This allows you to track meeting details, review participant information, and monitor your hosting activity over time.

Note: If your meeting has expired, it will not appear in your previous meeting list. For more information, refer to the meeting ID expiration rules.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. Follow the steps below depending on your license type: 
  3. Click the Previous tab.
  4. (Optional) Use the Start Time to End Time fields to specify your preferred date range.

    Note: Only meetings in the selected time range will appear. You can see more meetings by updating the time range.
