You can host more participants on Zoom by upgrading your meeting capacity through a Large Meeting add-on or upgrading to a Zoom Webinar add-on instead of a standard meeting.

If you plan to invite fewer than 500 participants, a regular Zoom Meeting (Basic or Pro) is usually sufficient — no add-ons or webinar licenses are required.
