Enabling Zoom Events Email Compose with Zoom AI

Sometimes finding the right words can be challenging. Zoom Events Email Compose with Zoom AI leverages AI technology, which may include third-party models, to help you generate an email, subject lines, titles, and calls to action, using context from your Zoom Event description and/or inputting a more specific prompt. Zoom AI can assist when drafting a new email in Email Builder.

Requirements for enabling Zoom Events Email Compose with Zoom AI

• Licensed user on a Zoom Workplace Pro, Zoom Workplace Pro Plus, Zoom Workplace Business, Zoom Workplace Business Plus, Zoom Workplace Enterprise, Zoom Workplace Enterprise Plus, or Enterprise Bundle account
• Account owner or admin privileges
• Zoom Events Unlimited license or Zoom Events Pay Per Attendee license; or, Zoom Webinars Plus Unlimited license or Zoom Webinars Plus Pay Per Attendee license

Note: Zoom AI may not be available for select verticals and select regional customers.

How to enable or disable Zoom Events Email Compose with Zoom AI

Account

To enable or disable Zoom Events Email Compose with Zoom AI for all users in the account:

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.
3. Click the Zoom AI tab.
4. Under Zoom Events, click the Zoom Events Email Compose with Zoom AI toggle to enable or disable it.
5. If a verification dialog displays, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.

Group

To enable or disable Zoom Events Email Compose with Zoom AI for a group of users:

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit groups.
2. In the navigation menu, click User Management then Groups.
3. Click the applicable group name from the list.
4. Click the Zoom AI tab.
5. Under Zoom Events, click the Zoom Events Email Compose with Zoom AI toggle to enable or disable it.
6. If a verification dialog displays, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.
   Note: If the option is grayed out, it has been locked at the account level and needs to be changed at that level.

Note on data usage

Zoom does not use any customer audio, video, chat, screen sharing, attachments, or other communications-like content (such as poll results, whiteboard, and reactions) to train Zoom’s or its third-party AI models.

We evaluate and update our models periodically and those used to support Zoom AI may change from time to time. For features in Zoom AI that use third-party AI model providers, we will share relevant data with those third parties when you use the feature. For example, if you use Zoom Events Email Compose with Zoom AI to help draft emails in Email Builder, the user inputs and prompts will be sent to the relevant model to provide the service. Data may be processed within U.S.-based data centers.
