Using the Marketplace App Dashboard

Admins wanting to get a better understanding of Marketplace App usage on their account can consult the App Dashboard, which provides information on the number of apps being created, approved, and added on their account, as well as breakdowns of API call usage by app, most/least used apps, and apps with recent API failures.

Admins can also view information about all API calls made by their account, which would include other scheduling integrations not available on the App Marketplace. Learn more about the API Dashboard.

Understanding the App Dashboard

The Overview section gives admins a high-level overview of the apps used and available on their account.

Below the Overview, admins will see the full list of apps currently on their account, split by Added apps and Created apps tabs. This lists all apps currently on their account, the number of users currently with the app added, total number of API calls by that app, number of failed calls made by that app, and number of active users (made an API call with that app) in the specified time span. Admins can narrow the list by app type (user or account level apps), change the time span displayed below, and export the list as currently seen.

Clicking on an app listed will provide the admin with even more detailed information for that app’s usage, including a more detailed breakdown of API usage for this app by rate limit type, number of successful and unsuccessful API calls, and current active and inactive users of this app.
