Managing the VOD Analytics Registration section
In the Analytics section of the video channel creation setup, the Registration tab includes metrics for channel registration, the Video On Demand (VOD) hub page, and registrant management.

Prerequisites for managing the VOD Analytics Registration section
Note: For access to the latest Zoom Events and Webinar features, we strongly recommend hosts to update to the latest version of the Zoom desktop client/mobile application.
How to access the Video Channels Analytics Registration section
- Sign in to Zoom Events.
- In the left navigation menu, click the top dropdown arrow and select the hub you want to manage.
- In the left navigation menu, click Video Channels.
- Create a video channel or edit a video channel.
You will be directed to the video channel setup. - In the channel setup's left navigation menu, click Analytics, then click Registration.
How to view the Registration section's metrics
Highlights
At the top of the Registration page, you can view the highlighted metrics:
- Total Registrants: This measures the number of unique registrants from attendee self-registration or pre-registration by hosts. The number does not account for canceled or refunded registrants.
- Responded to Survey: The number of attendees who responded to at least 1 survey.
- Total Video Watch Time: This shows the total watch time of the videos from the channel in minutes.
Video On Demand Hub
In the Video On Demand Hub section, you can view the following information:
- Total page visits: This measures the total number of users who have visited all of your video channels. This includes the total anonymous visits and the total logged-in user visits.
- Total anonymous visits: This measures the total number of unregistered users who have visited your video channels.
- Total logged-in user visits: This measures the total number of registered users who have visited your video channels.
- Unique logged-in user visits: This measures the total number of unique registered users who have visited your video channels.
View the Video On Demand hub
In the top-right corner of the Video On Demand Hub section, click View VOD Hub to open the video channel's hub in a new window.
Registrant Summary
In the Registrant Summary section, you can view the following information:
- Email: Displays the registrant's email address.
- First Name: Displays the registrant's first name.
- Last Name: Displays the registrant's last name.
- Total Videos Watched: Displays the total videos watched.
- Total Videos Watched Time: This measures the total time of videos watched.
Enable or disable columns
You can select the columns and the columns' information that you want to hide or display. You can either use the Columns button and selecting or deselecting column toggles.
- Access the Video Channels Analytics Registration section.
- Under the Registrant Summary section, click the Columns button .
A menu will display the columns you can manage. - To the left of the column you want to show, click the toggle to enable it .
When enabled, the column and its information will be displayed. - (Optional) To the left of the column you want to hide, click the toggle to disable it .
When disabled, the column and its information will be hidden. - (Optional) Click Show All to select and enable all columns.
All columns and their information will be displayed. - (Optional) Click Hide All to select and disable all columns.
All columns and their information will not be displayed.
View registrant details
- Access the Video Channels Analytics Registration section.
- Click a registrant to view their information.
The attendee’s profile card will be displayed. - View information about the attendee:
- Name: This shows the registrant’s first and last name.
- Email: This shows the email address that the registrant used for the event.
- Join Link: This shows the attendee's available join links to the event if it needs to be shared. You can Copy the join link. Hosts can extract all join links for their registrants so that they can send join links individually to their registrants (either individually or in bulk) instead of using Zoom to deliver the information.
- Authentication Method: This shows the registrant's authentication method for the event (i.e., Authenticate via email, Authenticate via Zoom, or Authenticate via SSO).
- Role: View the role(s) the registrant has for their upcoming events.
- Attendance Type: Displays if the attendee is virtual, in-person, or hybrid.
- Ticket: This shows the event ticket name(s) that the attendee registered for.
- Registered multiple event orders: This shows the attendee’s different roles for each registered event.
- Status (registration): This shows if the registrant is invited or registered to the video channel.
Download data
In the top-right corner of the Registrant Summary section, click Download Table Data to download a CSV report of the Registrant Summary section analytics.
