Managing the VOD Analytics Summary section (Legacy view)

Under the Analytics section of the video channel creation setup, the Summary tab provides a summary of total registration, total page visits, total video watch time, and surveys taken. Hub users can view the registration summary and watch activity for their on-demand videos. This tab helps content managers to quickly review their video channel's overall, general information and access full summary reports.

Note: Registration occurring beyond Zoom is not included.

Requirements for managing the VOD Analytics Summary section

• Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Education account
• Zoom Events Unlimited license or Zoom Events Pay Per Attendee license; or, Zoom Webinars Plus Unlimited or Zoom Webinars Plus Pay Per Attendee license
• Stripe or PayPal Business account is required to create paid events

Note: To access the latest Zoom Webinars Plus and Events features, the complete VOD CMS experience, and the ability to create multiple video channels, hosts must update to the most recent version of the Zoom desktop or mobile app and ensure their account has the Advanced video CMS license.

How to access the Video Channels Analytics Summary section

1. Create a video channel or edit a video channel.
   You will be directed to the video channel setup.
2. In the channel setup's left navigation menu, click Analytics, then click Summary.

How to view the Video Channels Analytics Summary section

In the Summary section, you can view the following video channel analytics:

• Total Registrations: The number of users who completed a registration form for the video channel. Clicking View More will direct you to the Video Channels Analytics Registration tab.
• Total Page Visits: Measures the total number of users who have visited all of your video channels. Clicking View More will direct you to the Video Channels Analytics Registration tab.
• Total Video Watch Time: This measures the aggregated total watch of the time video. Clicking View More will direct you to the Video Channels Analytics Registration tab.
• Surveys Taken: Displays the total number of surveys taken. Clicking View More will direct you to the Video Channels Analytics Surveys tab.
