Managing the Zoom Event Experience Channel Detail section
The Channel Detail section is where you can add the video channel's title, description, and cover image.

Requirements for managing the Channel Detail section for Zoom Event Experience channels
Note: For access to the latest Zoom Events and Webinar features, we strongly recommend hosts to update to the latest version of the Zoom desktop client/mobile application.
The Channel Detail section is where you can add the video channel's title, description, and cover image.
How to access the Zoom Event Experience Channel Detail section
- Sign in to Zoom Events.
- In the top-left corner of the page, click the dropdown arrow , and select the hub you want to manage.
- In the left navigation menu, click Video channels.
- Create a Zoom Event Experience video channel or edit a video channel.
You will be directed to the video channel setup. - In the channel creation setup's left navigation menu, click Channel Detail.
How to complete the Zoom Event Experience Channel Detail section
- Create a Zoom Event Experience channel.
- Complete the following information:
- Channel name: Enter a name for your channel.
- Description: Enter a description about your channel.
Note: There is a 500-character limit. - Masthead: Hover your mouse over the image and click Change Image to upload an image. The masthead will appear in the top section of your hub.
Note: It’s recommended to use an image that is 1920x1080 pixels or less. The maximum image size is 10MB. - Manage categories: Classify your videos and help attendees filter videos listed on your content hub page. You can add up to 20 categories maximum.
- Click Save.
How to access the channel link for Zoom Event Experience channels
- Create a Zoom Event Experience channel.
- Publish the channel.
- In the top right corner of the page, click Channel link.
A side panel will appear to the right, giving you access to the following options:
- Channel link: Click the copy icon to share the link of your channel details page with attendees.
- Publish on-demand content to the hub: Enabling this feature will allow attendees to discover on-demand content for this channel on the public hub page.
Note: This function is disabled until at least one recording has been added to the playlist. - Hub URL: Click the copy icon to copy and share your Hub’s URL. Click Preview hub to see how it appears to attendees.
- Once you’re done, click Close.
