Enabling auto-accept far-end camera control

Admins can control the ability for their users to auto-accept far-end camera control requests from designated users. Once the other user has control of someone's camera, they can use pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) functionality of the camera. The webcam must have these PTZ features for this setting to work. This setting can be useful for receiving remote help from another participant with your video conference meetings or presentations.
