Enabling far-end camera control

Admins can control use of the far-end camera control feature, which allows another meeting participant to take control of someone's camera and use pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) functionality of the camera. The webcam must have these PTZ features for this setting to work. This setting can be useful for receiving remote help from another participant with your video conference meetings or presentations.
