Note: If you have used the Zoom app in the Teams marketplace before, it is recommended that you block the Zoom app in the Microsoft Teams admin center, and then download Zoom Meeting or Zoom Phone.

Prerequisites for installing the Zoom App for Microsoft Teams

• A Microsoft Teams account
• Zoom account with a Zoom Phone plan (Zoom Phone integration)
• Zoom email account, SSO, or Google login
• Pre-approval of the Microsoft Teams integration in the Zoom App Marketplace
• Admins must have configured phone numbers in either the Azure Active Directory or Zoom Phone system (Zoom Phone integration)

Note: This exclusively applies to the Microsoft Teams full client and Microsoft Teams web client. This functionality does not extend to the Microsoft Teams mobile client.

How to install the Zoom App for Microsoft Teams

Install the Zoom Meeting for organization

1. Download the custom application for Zoom Meeting.
2. Sign in to the Microsoft Teams admin center.
3. Click Upload new app.
   A pop-up window will appear.
4. Click Upload to select and upload the zip file you downloaded in step no.1.
5. Sign in to your Microsoft Teams client.
6. In the left bar, click Apps.
7. Click Build for your org.
8. Search for the Zoom Meeting app, and click Add.

Install the Zoom Phone for organization

1. Download the custom application for Zoom Phone.
2. Sign in to the Microsoft Teams admin center.
3. Click Upload new app.
   A pop-up window will appear.
4. Click Upload to select and upload the zip file you downloaded in step no.1.
5. Sign in to your Microsoft Teams client.
6. In the left bar, click Apps.
7. Click Build for your org.
8. Search for the Zoom Phone app, and click Add.
