Enabling Revenue Accelerator access to Zoom Phone recordings


You can allow Zoom Phone admins in your account to manually add Zoom Phone recordings and SMS messages owned by your users to Zoom Revenue Accelerator.

Note: Phone recordings and SMS messages performed while being a member of a call queue are not supported at this time.

How to enable or disable Zoom Revenue Accelerator access to Zoom Phone recordings

This setting is available only at the account level and can be enabled or disabled.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.
  3. Click the Zoom Phone tab.
  4. Under General, click the Manage Zoom Revenue Accelerator access to Zoom Phone recordings toggle to enable or disable it.
    Note: Enter keywords in the search bar above the Zoom Phone tab to find this setting.
  5. If a verification dialog displays, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.
  6.  Select the following checkboxes that you want:
    • Auto-sync recordings owned by users and call queues to Zoom Revenue Accelerator: Automatically add Zoom Phone recordings for Zoom Revenue Accelerator licensed users to Zoom Revenue Accelerator.
      Note: Call queue recordings are not supported at this time.
    • Automatically enable Automatic Call Recording when a user is assigned a Zoom Revenue Accelerator license: Automatically enable automatic call recording for new users being assigned the Zoom Revenue Accelerator license.
      Notes:
      • Selecting this feature does not impact users who already have the Zoom Revenue Accelerator license.
      • This option won't affect existing users with Zoom Revenue Accelerator license. Unchecking this option won't affect existing users with Automatic Call Recording enabled. Automatic Call Recording will honor the account, group, site, or user framework. For example, if Automatic Call Recording is disabled and locked at the account level, admins cannot enable it on the user level.
    • Disable automatic deletion of recordings that are added to Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA): By selecting this option, any recording synced with Zoom Revenue Accelerator will not be automatically deleted when the retention period expires. However, if recordings are removed from Zoom Revenue Accelerator, they will follow the retention period set in Zoom Phone and may be deleted when this retention period expires.
  7. Click Save.
  8. In the dialog box, read the consent, select the acknowledgment box, and then click Confirm.
  9. (Optional) Manually add Zoom Phone recordings owned by your users to Zoom Revenue Accelerator.
