Restricting workspace reservation frequency
Account owners and admins can set restrictions and limit how often users can book a space, based on frequency or time. This feature prevents workspaces from being occupied by some users for long periods of time. Users will receive a notification about the limitations that the admins set for their workspace reservation.

Account
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
- In the navigation menu, click Workspaces Management then Workspaces.
- Click Account Settings.
- Under Basic, locate Workspace Reservation Restrictions.
- Select the Limit users to a maximum of ___ workspaces reservations per ___ checkbox.
- Click the dropdown menu to select the maximum number of workspace reservations that users can make.
- Click the dropdown menu to select the interval (daily, weekly, monthly) at which users can reserve workspaces.
- Select the Limit users to a maximum of ___ hours per reservation.
- Click the dropdown menu to select the maximum number of hours a user can reserve a workspace.
- Click Save.
- (Optional) To prevent all users in your account from changing this setting, click the lock icon , and then click Lock to confirm the setting.
Location
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
- In the navigation menu, click Workspaces Management then Workspaces.
- Use location hierarchy to access the hierarchy level where you want to edit a workspace passcode (building, floor, or workspace).
- Under Basic, locate Workspace Reservation Restrictions.
- Select the Limit users to a maximum of ___ hours per reservation.
- Use the up and down arrows to select or enter the maximum number of hours a user can reserve a workspace.
- Click Save.
- (Optional) To prevent all users in your account from changing this setting, click the lock icon , and then click Lock to confirm the setting.
