How to access the Zoom Revenue Accelerator onboarding setup guide

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Setup Guide to view all setup guides for Zoom products.
  3. In the Set Up Revenue Accelerator section, click Start.
    This will take you to the Let’s Set Up Revenue Accelerator page.

How to use the onboarding setup guide

Conversation and Email Settings

In this section, you can configure Zoom Meeting Recording, Phone, and Email Integration Settings. This includes:

  1. From the Let’s Set Up Revenue Accelerator page, click Start across Conversation and Email Settings then click Continue.
  2. Select your preferred settings for Zoom Meetings: Automatic Recording. Once finished, click Next.
  3. Select your preferred settings for Zoom Meetings: IQ Analysis Exclusions. Once finished, click Next.
  4. Select your preferred settings for Zoom Phone: IQ Analysis. Once finished, click Next.
    Note: Contact your Zoom Phone Admin to ensure proper settings are enabled for IQ to function properly. Specifically the Manage Revenue Accelerator access to Zoom Phone recordings setting must be enabled for IQ to process Zoom Phone recordings.
  5. Select your preferred settings for Zoom Phone: IQ Analysis Exclusions. Once finished, click Next.
  6. Select your preferred settings for Email: Inbox Integration. Once finished, click Next.
  7. Select your preferred settings for Email: Import Exclusion.
  8. Click Done.

Assign Zoom Revenue Accelerator Roles

In this section, you can determine user access and permissions within Zoom Revenue Accelerator. You can create and customize roles in addition to the predefined ones.

  1. From the Let’s Set Up Revenue Accelerator page, click Start across Assign Zoom Revenue Accelerator Roles.
  2. Click Continue.
  3. (Optional) Click Add Role, enter the Role Name and Description then click Add.
  4. Under the system role to which you wish to add users, input their email addresses separated by commas, or import them from a CSV file.
    Note: The External IQ Admin role allows a Zoom representative to have temporary access to Zoom Revenue Accelerator settings to assist with the onboarding process. If available, it is highly encouraged to coordinate with a Zoom representative to assign this role to them.
  5. Click Add.
  6. Click Next.
  7. (Optional) In the Explore the Users Tab page, click the Users Tab button.
    This will take you to https://zoom.us/iq/users on a new browser tab where you can view the available and assigned Zoom Revenue Accelerator licenses, along with configuration settings such as auto-record and calendar integration. It provides details like provisioned date, team assignment, and IQ role for each user, offering an exportable .csv list.
  8. Click Done.

Create Indicators

In this section, you can set up Zoom Revenue Accelerator to recognize specific keywords or phrases related to key conversation moments, triggering alerts and capturing important trends.

  1. From the Let’s Set Up Revenue Accelerator page, click Start across Create Indicators.
  2. Click Continue.
  3. Input the following
    • Indicator Name
    • Indicator Description
    • Indicator Category
    • Identify These Keyword Phrases
      (Optional) Select the Include related word forms checkbox.
    • Ignore These Keyword Phrases
    • Identify when Mentioned by
  4. Click Done.

Connect Zoom Revenue Accelerator for Sales to your CRM environment

In this section, you can import vital CRM data to ensure Zoom Revenue Accelerator stays in sync with your sales process, and enable the sharing of relevant information back to your CRM.

  1. From the Let’s Set Up Revenue Accelerator page, click Start across Connect Revenue Accelerator to your CRM environment.
  2. Click Continue.
  3. Click the Go to Account Settings button.
    This will open a new browser tab where you can configure CRM integration.
  4. Click Done.
