Enabling or disabling Cut to the Chase in conversations
Cut to the Chase allows the conversation recording to automatically start playing from the time an external participant joined, skipping the early part of the call where the seller is alone or on with another team member. This is enabled by default, however, users can always disable it if they prefer.
Prerequisites for enabling or disabling Cut to the Chase in conversations
- Pro, Business, Enterprise, or Zoom Phone standalone account
- Licensed user with Zoom Revenue Accelerator license
How to enable or disable cut to the chase in conversations
Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
In the navigation menu, click Settings.
- Click the Revenue Accelerator tab.
- Under More Settings, click the Cut to the Chase toggle to enable or disable it.
A pop-up banner will appear at the top of the page to confirm the changes.
