Note: For attendee access to the latest Zoom Events and Webinar features, we highly encourage attendees to update to the latest version of the Zoom desktop client/mobile application.
Attendees, who use the Zoom client with version 5.13.0 or higher and the Zoom web client, will view the produced view of the webinar session. As an attendee, you do not have to do anything else.
If attendees join this webinar with an older client version, they will only see the speaker or gallery view and the session wallpaper (if added) once the scene starts.
If attendees join the webinar with an older client version, they will see a representation of the scene content using the regular Zoom views. This consists of the speaker or gallery view and the session wallpaper (if added).
Panelists will see the produced view in a small video window in the top row. They will see the speakers spotlighted so they know who is in the current scene. If they want to make the scene's view larger, they can pin it for themselves (self-view).
For example, if the scene has two speakers, the panelist's view will be the global wallpaper (from the In-Session Branding tab (not within Production Studio) and the speakers visible on the wallpaper.
