Updating the Salesforce CTI URL for Zoom Contact Center

Follow these instructions to update the CTI URL for the Zoom Contact Center Salesforce integration.

Requirements for updating the Salesforce CTI URL for Zoom Contact Center

• Account owner or admin privileges for the Salesforce
• Zoom Contact Center Salesforce integration configured

How to update the Salesforce CTI URL for Zoom Contact Center

1. Sign in to Salesforce.
2. Verify if you have installed the recent version (2.3.0 or higher) of Zoom for Lightning package from Salesforce Appexchange.
3. In the top-right corner, click the gear icon.
4. In the drop-down menu, click Setup.
5. In the Quick find search bar, search for and select Call Center. 
6. Click Edit on the existing call center record for Zoom Contact Center.
7. Update the CTI Adapter URL to: https://zoom.us/cci/callbar/crm
8. Click Save.

Note: After following the above steps, inform agents to sign out of their Salesforce instance then sign back in, so that the new UI takes effect.
