Follow these instructions to update the CTI URL for the Zoom Contact Center ServiceNow integration.

Prerequisites for updating the ServiceNow CTI URL for Zoom Contact Center

• Account owner or admin privileges for the ServiceNow Console
• Zoom Contact Center ServiceNow integration configured

How to update the ServiceNow CTI URL for Zoom Contact Center

1. Sign in to your ServiceNow Instance.
2. Verify if you have installed the recent version (2.0.0 or higher) of Zoom Contact Center application package in your ServiceNow instance.
3. In the Navigator, search for Zoom Contact Center.
4. Click the Properties submenu item.
5. For the first input, update it to: https://zoom.us/crm-int/callbar
6. Click Save.

Note: After following the above steps, inform agents to sign out of their ServiceNow instance then sign back in, so that the new UI takes effect.
