Using Zoom Revenue Accelerator email compose with AI Companion

Zoom Revenue Accelerator's email Compose with AI Companion feature allows you to create a follow-up email to your prospects directly from the Deals page. Compose with AI Companion includes suggested content, topics, and recipients, and leverages AI technology, which may include third-party models, to help you write follow-up emails by using context from your conversation or context from historical email conversations. You’ll maintain the ability to change messages by adding tone, inputting prompts, or changing the length of the message to give you confidence in what you’re communicating.

Prerequisites for using Zoom Revenue Accelerator Email Compose with AI Companion

How to use Zoom Revenue Accelerator Compose with AI Companion

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Revenue Accelerator then Deals.
  3. Click the Open Deals or Closed Deals tab.
  4. Click a Customer & Deal name to select a deal from the list.
  5. In the right CRM Info panel, under Follow Up, click Compose with AI Companion .
    A Disclaimer and Guidelines pop-up window will appear.
  6. In the pop-up window, click Confirm.
  7. In the email body, click Compose with AI Companion then choose between:
  8. (Optional) Reconfigure the response with the Make It Longer, Make It Shorter, or Change Tone options.
  9. (Optional) If you are not satisfied with the generated email or want to generate another version of it, click Try Another.
  10. (Optional) After inserting an email prompt, select all the text in the email body, then click Refine with AI Companion to reconfigure the response with the Make It Longer, Make It Shorter, or Change Tone options.
  11. When you are satisfied with the generated response, click Insert or Replace.
    Insert copies the generated response into the email body without changing any previous drafts you have created. Replace copies the generated response into the email body and overwrites the current draft.
  12. At the bottom of the email, use the following options:
  13. (Optional) Click the Recipient field to add more recipients.
  14. (Optional) Click the Subject field to change the email subject.
  15. Click Send.
