Enabling third-party AI-generated content


Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA) account owners or admins can enable or disable user ability to regenerate Next Steps, Good Questions, and Summaries by using a third-party AI service. This feature is disabled by default.

Additionally, Zoom Revenue Accelerator's email Compose with AI Companion feature allows you to create a follow-up email to your prospects directly from the Deals page. Compose with AI Companion includes suggested content, topics, and recipients, and leverages AI technology, which may include third-party models, to help you write follow-up emails by using context from your conversation or context from historical email conversations. Zoom will use AI technology, including third-party models, to provide this feature. Zoom does not use any audio, video, chat, screen sharing, attachments or other communications-like content (such as poll results, whiteboard and reactions) to train Zoom's or third-party AI models.

Note: This feature is currently not available for users with External Revenue Accelerator Admin and Revenue Accelerator Collaborator roles.

How to enable or disable Zoom Revenue Accelerator third-party AI-generated content

Account

To enable or disable Third-Party AI-Generated Content for all users in the account:

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings
  3. Click the Revenue Accelerator tab.
  4. Under AI Models Use, click the Third-Party AI-Generated Content toggle to enable or disable it.
  5. If a verification dialog appears, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.
  6. Select the following checkboxes:
    • Compose with AI Companion: When this checkbox is selected, users can use Revenue Accelerator to create follow-up sales emails.
    • Generate New Summaries, Next Steps, Good Questions, and Deal Memo: When this checkbox is selected, users can use AI Companion to generate new conversation summaries, next steps, good questions, and deal memo by resending conversational transcripts for analysis.
  7. Click Save.
