Users unable to sign in with correct credentials

Zoom users have reported that they are unable to sign in to the Zoom web portal with their correct credentials, and are receiving the error message "No account associated with this email" or "Incorrect email or password".

Zoom has identified the cause and a possible resolution released on June 9, 2023. If you are still unable to sign in using your correct credentials, submit a request to Zoom Support to assist you with log in. 

Note: You may have both a free and paid account with different credentials. Please ensure that you are logging in to the correct account.
