July 2023: New Billing Experience
Zoom is introducing an enhanced Billing workflow that brings about better organization, offering a simpler way to view and handle plans as well as access payment histories. Starting July 2023, certain account owners and admins will notice a dedicated Plans and Billing section within their ADMIN menu. This newly introduced portal ensures convenient and efficient access to essential plan details, including quantity, billing cycle, and more. Summary of Billing changes
The following sections highlight the major changes introduced by the new Plans and Billing portal compared to the old one.
- The Billing page has moved from under Account Management to its own section and renamed Plans and Billing.

How to manage your plan in the new Billing experience
View your subscriptions
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Plans and Billing, then Plan Management.
All of your plans will be listed indicating their renewal dates. - On the right of the plan, click the up arrow , to view the following:
- Quantity: The number of licenses that have been purchased. Click User Management to assign the licenses to your users as desired.
- Billing Cycle: The billing cycle of the plan as being Annual or Monthly.
Note: You can also select One Month for a month subscription for some products. One-month subscription products do not automatically renew. - Renewal amount: The amount due at renewal.
- Included in your plan: Products included in your plan, for example, Meetings, Team Chat, Mail, Calendar, Whiteboard, and Cloud Storage.
Note: This is visible only for Zoom One plans.
Change your subscriptions
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Plans and Billing, then Plan Management.
All of your plans will be listed indicating their renewal dates. - On the right of a plan, click Manage.
A dialog box will appear with the name of the plan, quantity, billing cycle, and renewal amount will display on that page. - In the dialog box, click Edit Plan to edit the plan.
- On the Edit Current Plan page, do the following:
- Under Select the number of users, click the minus sign - to decrease the number of users or click the plus sign + to increase the number of users.
- Under Select a subscription cycle, select Monthly or Annually for your billing cycle.
Note: You can also select One Month for a 1-month subscription for some products. One-month subscription products do not automatically renew. - To the right of Payment Method, click Edit, to update your payment method.
- (Optional) Under Discover our other popular products, do the following:
- To the right of any of those products, click Add to add an add-on to your plan.
- Click View More Products, to list more products not visible in the current list.
Cancel your subscriptions
Canceling your subscription becomes effective on your next renewal date, and your services will continue until the end of your current subscription term.
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Plans and Billing, then Plan Management.
All of your plans will be listed indicating their renewal dates. - On the right of a plan, click Manage.
- In the dialog box, click Cancel Plan.
- In the dialog box, click Confirm Your Cancellation, to confirm.
You’ll receive an email confirming the cancellation.
Add a coupon
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Plans and Billing, then Plan Management.
- To the right of Coupons, click Manage or Add.
A window will appear for you to enter the coupon code. - In the Coupon Code box, enter the coupon code, then click Add.
The coupon detail will appear with the discount percentage, effective date, status, expiration date, and actions to cancel or view the coupon. - On the top right of the window, click the X icon to exit the window.
View your plan summary
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Plans and Billing, then Plan Management.
- To the right of Plan Summary, click View.
A plan window will appear with details of your plans. - In the window, view the following:
- Monthly Plans or Annual Plans as applicable with the number of items purchased for those plans.
Note: You can view any pending changes to your plan as well. - The total amount due for your monthly or annual plans on your next renewal date.
