Enabling Zoom Virtual Agent Gorgias integration

How to enable Zoom Virtual Agent Gorgias integration
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click AI Studio then Integrations.
- In the Support section, search for Gorgias then click Connect.
A new tab will open to begin the authentication process.
- If you are already logged into Gorgias, your credentials will not be requested.
- If you are not logged in, enter your Gorgias credentials and submit them.
- Click Save.
Once authentication is successful, the integration will appear on your Integrations page with a Connected status.
How to delete the Gorgias integration connection settings
After you have established the Gorgias integration connection, it cannot be edited. If you need to make changes due to subdomain change, you can delete the connection and create it again.
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click AI Studio then Integrations.
- In the Applications tab, click the ellipsis icon
to the right of the Gorgias application then Delete. - Click Delete to confirm.
