Downloading Zoom Revenue Accelerator conversation recording and transcript


Aside from using the Zoom web portal and the desktop client to access meetings recorded with Zoom Revenue Accelerator,  you can also download the recording and transcript to access them offline.

How to download a conversation recording

Using the Conversations page

When downloading a conversation recording from the Conversations page, the download will produce a single .mp4 file.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the left navigation menu, click Revenue Accelerator then Conversations.
    You can view personal conversations in the My Conversations tab. Conversations shared with you or your team appear in the All Conversations tab.
  3. From the list of conversations, click the ellipsis corresponding to the conversation you wish to download.
  4. Click Download then Recording.
    A pop-up banner that says Preparing to download recording. It will take a few minutes. will appear at the bottom right of the page to confirm the action.
    The recording will be downloaded in .mp4 format.
  5. (Optional) Select the check box next to the conversation or conversations you wish to download then click Download.

Using the desktop client

Note: Supported on Zoom desktop client for Windows, macOS, or Linux: version 5.12.6 or higher

  1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop client.
  2. In the top navigation menu, click Revenue Accelerator then Conversations.
    Note:
    If Revenue is not listed in the top navigation menu, click More  then Revenue.
  3. From the list of conversations, click the ellipsis corresponding to the conversation you wish to download.
  4. Click Download then Recording.
    A pop-up banner that says Preparing to download the recording. It will take a few minutes. will appear at the bottom right of the page to confirm the action.
    The recording will be downloaded in .mp4 format.

Using the Recordings page

When downloading a conversation recording from the Recordings page, the download will produce several recording files, including the conversation transcript (.vtt format) in addition to the .mp4 file.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the left navigation menu, click Recordings.
  3. From the list of conversations, click the ellipsis corresponding to the conversation you wish to download.
  4. Click Download.
    A pop-up window will appear.
  5. In the pop-up window, click Download to confirm the action.

How to download a conversation transcript

Using the Conversations page

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the left navigation menu, click Revenue Accelerator then Conversations.
    You can view personal conversations in the My Conversations tab. Conversations shared with you or your team appear in the All Conversations tab.
  3. From the list of conversations, click the ellipsis corresponding to the conversation you wish to download.
  4. Click Download then Transcript.
    The transcript will be downloaded in .vtt format.

Using the desktop client

Note: Supported on Zoom desktop client for Windows, macOS, or Linux: version 5.12.6 or higher

  1. Sign in to the Zoom desktop client.
  2. In the top navigation menu, click Revenue then Conversations.
    Note:
    If Revenue is not listed in the top navigation menu, click More  then Revenue.
  3. From the list of conversations, click the ellipsis corresponding to the conversation you wish to download.
  4. Click Download then Transcript.
    The transcript will be downloaded in .vtt format.

Using the Recordings page

When you download a conversation recording from the Recordings page, the transcript file is already included. You can still opt to only download the transcript file by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Recordings.
  3. In the Cloud Recordings tab, click a topic to select a recording.
  4. Hover over Audio transcript then click the button to download the file.
