Adding a recording for Zoom Revenue Accelerator to analyze
You can add your non-Zoom Revenue Accelerator cloud recordings to Zoom Revenue Accelerator and it will analyze the recording to provide actionable insights that can help identify opportunities, evaluate risks, and enable sales team performance improvements.
Note: You can only add your own recording and the recording creation date must be after June 4, 2021.

- Business or Enterprise account
- Licensed user with Zoom Zoom Revenue Accelerator license
- Recording must be recorded to the cloud
How to add a recording for Zoom Revenue Accelerator to analyze
Add using a meeting recording link
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Recordings.
- In the Cloud Recording tab, select the recording or recordings to be analyzed.
- Click Add to Revenue Accelerator.
- In the consent request dialog, click Acknowledged and Add.
Add from the Conversations page
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Revenue Accelerator then Conversations.
- Click Add Conversation.
- Enter the meeting recording link then select the consent checkbox.
- Click Add.
Manually add Zoom Phone recordings owned by users to Zoom Revenue Accelerator
If Manage Zoom Revenue Accelerator access to Zoom Phone recordings is enabled for your account, as an admin you can manually add Zoom Phone recordings owned by your users to Zoom Revenue Accelerator, however, you will not be able to move recordings from users that have no Zoom Revenue Accelerator licenses or are owned by call queues.
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Phone System Management then Logs.
- Click the Recordings tab.
- From your list of call recordings, identify the recording you want to add to Zoom Revenue Accelerator.
- On the far right of the recording, click the more icon , then select Add to Zoom Revenue Accelerator.
- In the dialog box, read the consent to move the call recording to Zoom Revenue Accelerator, then click Acknowledged and Add.
The Zoom Phone recording will be moved to Zoom Revenue Accelerator.
Note: The recording will be greyed out and will not be able to be moved if the user doesn't have a Zoom Revenue Accelerator license.
