Zoom 10DLC campaign registration delay

Issue

Zoom users are experiencing significant delays in 10DLC campaign registration approval and number pool requests (when adding 49 or more numbers to campaigns).

Cause

We are experiencing delays in the following processes:

Campaign approval is taking up to 1-2 weeks due to a backlog with downstream carriers and providers.
Number pool requests may take up to 4 weeks. These should only be requested once your campaign is approved.

Resolution

Until July 10, 2024, users can submit the campaign, and Zoom will allow messages from all their US/CA SMS-enabled numbers.

After July 10, 2024, texting will only be supported on numbers associated with fully approved campaigns. If a campaign submitted before July 10 is not approved by July 10, messaging will be blocked. Learn more about the 10DLC full registration enforcement timeline.
