Issue

Some users while in a meeting may experience their video being covered with a grid of dashes.

Environment

Desktop client version 5.13.x

Resolution

1. Sign in to your Zoom client.
2. On the top right, click your profile picture, then select Settings.
3. Click Video, then Advanced.
4. Under Video Rendering Post Processing, select Disable.
