Session was expired error when using Zoom with Canvas and LTI integration
Issue
Zoom users are receiving this error message while using the Firebox browser with the Zoom and Canvas LTI integration:
Unauthorized
Sorry, your session was expired. Please refresh the page or login again
Environment
The issue impacts accessing the Canvas portal with Zoom using the Firefox browser.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, we recommend one of the following workarounds:
- From your Firefox browser, on the upper left corner, click on the shield and verify the Enhanced Tracking Protection setting is disabled. If enabled, please disable it and clear the cache and cookies, then reopen the browser.
- Try a different browser.
- If none of the above works, please contact Canvas support for further troubleshooting.
