A subset of users is experiencing their camera flashing and glitching while using Zoom when not sharing their screen.
This issue impacts Windows and macOS devices running the Zoom desktop client version 5.13.4.
The engineering team addressed the issue and provided a fix in version 5.13.5.
To resolve this issue you can uninstall your Zoom app, reboot your device (to remove any bad app cache), and reinstall the latest version.
