Viewing your account and subscription details


In the Zoom web portal, you can view your account details. You can follow this article to understand your account type, the date your subscription started, your subscription period and status, and others.

Note: Starting July 17, 2023, certain account owners and admins will notice a dedicated Plans and Billing section within their ADMIN menu.

How do I view the details of my current Zoom subscription

To view the details of your current subscription, do the following:

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, on the left side, click Account Management, then Billing.
    Note: This is accessible only to account owners or admins.
  3. Select the Current Plans tab.
    You can view all of your plans on this page and the name of each will be indicated.

View the details of a free subscription

You will see You are currently subscribed on a Basic Plan (Free). You can scroll down the page to upgrade your account.

View the details of a paid subscription

  1. Identify the name of your plan, for example, if you have a webinar subscription the name of this subscription will be Zoom Webinars.
  2. Under the name of the plan, you will see the following:
    QTY: The number of licenses for that subscription.
    SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD: Shows your subscription billing cycle, for example, Monthly or Annual.
    SERVICE EFFECTIVE DATE: The date when your subscription started.
    STATUS: Shows the status of your subscription such as Active or Expired.
    NEXT INVOICE DATE: Your next invoice date according to your subscription period.
    NEXT INVOICE AMOUNT: The amount you will need to pay on the date of your next invoice.

View the details of a trial subscription

  1. Identify the name of your free trial plan.
  2. Under the name of the plan, you will see the following:
    QTY: The number of licenses for that subscription.
    SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD: Empty
    SERVICE EFFECTIVE DATE: The date when your subscription started.
    STATUS: The status of your subscription as being Active, or Expired.
    NEXT INVOICE DATE: The date when the plan expires or ends.
    NEXT INVOICE AMOUNT: Empty.

How do I know if my Zoom account is Pro

Identify your account type in the Zoom web portal

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management, then Billing.
  3. Select the Current Plans tab.
  4. Identify the name of the plan stating Zoom One Pro.

Identify your account type from the client

  1. Sign in to your client.
  2. On the top right click your profile picture or initials.
  3. To the right of your name, you will see Licensed.

How do I find the end date for my current Zoom plan

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management, then Billing.
  3. Select the Current Plans tab.
  4. To the right of your plan, identify the NEXT INVOICE DATE, stating Expires on X date if the plan is not in a recurring billing cycle.
    Note: If your plan is in a recurring billing cycle, you won’t see an expiration date but the date of your next billing cycle.

What happens when my Zoom subscription ends

If your subscription ends, your account will become a Basic Plan (Free) account meaning you will be bound to the basic plan features.

How do I know if my subscription is monthly or annually

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management, then Billing.
  3. Select the Current Plans tab.
  4. Identify the name of your plan, under SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD, you will see either Annual or Monthly.
