Viewing your account and subscription details

You can view your account and subscription details in the Zoom web portal. This is where you can identify your plan type, any pending changes on your account, license quantity, renewal date and costs, and more.

How to view the details of a Zoom subscription

To view your subscription information, follow the steps below depending on where your billing portal is located in the left navigation menu of the Zoom web portal. Not sure how to identify where your billing portal is located? Learn how to locate your billing settings.

Billing portal under Plans and Billing

Access the Plan Management page

The Plan Management page indicates your plan summary, specific plan details and pending changes, active coupons, and more. You can also edit your plan from this page.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Plans and Billing then Plan Management.
    You can view individual tiles for each plan you have and their renewal dates, as well as a Coupons section, Plan Summary section, and a section for other products available for purchase. 

View the details of your subscription

  1. From the Plan Management page, to the right of a plan, click the down arrow to view specific plan details:
    • Quantity: The number of licenses that have been purchased. Click User Management to assign the licenses to your users as desired.
    • Billing Cycle: The billing cycle of the plan as being Annual or Monthly.
      Note: You can also select One Month for a month subscription for some products. One-month subscription products do not automatically renew.
    • Renewal amount: The amount due at renewal.
    • Cloud Storage: The available cloud storage associated with your plan, if applicable.
    • Included in your plan: Products included in your plan, for example, Meetings, Team Chat, Mail, Calendar, Whiteboard, and Cloud Storage.
      Note: Some of these details may not be visible if they don’t apply to your plan.
  2. In the Coupons tile, view your active coupons or click Add to add a new discount code.
  3. In the Plan Summary tile, click View to view a summary of your renewal dates and amounts.

If you have a free subscription, your current plan will indicate that you’re on the Zoom Workplace Basic plan and have a meeting duration limit of 40 minutes. To upgrade to a paid account, click Upgrade to Pro. If you have a Pro account, but your account is showing Zoom Workplace Basic, you may not be signed in to the correct account. Billing portal under Account Management

Access the Current Plans page

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Billing.
  3. Click the Current Plans tab.
    You can view all of your plans on this page and the name of each will be indicated.

View the details of a paid or trial subscription

  1. From the Current Plans tab, identify the name of your plan. For example, if you have a webinar subscription, the name of this subscription will be Zoom Webinars.
  2. Under the name of the plan, you will see the following details:
    • QTY: The number of licenses for that subscription.
    • SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD: Shows your subscription billing cycle, for example, Monthly or Annual.
    • SERVICE EFFECTIVE DATE: The date when your subscription started.
    • STATUS: Shows the status of your subscription such as Active or Expired.
    • NEXT INVOICE DATE: Your next invoice date according to your subscription period.
    • NEXT INVOICE AMOUNT: The amount you will need to pay on the date of your next invoice.

How to find your account renewal date

To locate your account renewal date, follow the steps below depending on where your billing portal is located in the left navigation menu of the Zoom web portal. Not sure how to identify where your billing portal is located? Learn how to locate your billing settings.

Billing portal under Plans and Billing

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Plans and Billing then Plan Management.
    On the plan tile, you will see the end date of your current Zoom plan, or if your plan is on a recurring billing cycle, you will see the next billing date.

Billing portal under Account Management

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Billing.
  3. Click the Current Plans tab.
  4. To the right of your plan, identify the NEXT INVOICE DATE, stating Expires on X date if the plan is not in a recurring billing cycle.
    Note: If your plan is in a recurring billing cycle, you will see the date of your next billing cycle instead of the expiration date.
