How to view the details of a Zoom subscription

You can view the details of your current Zoom subscription in the Zoom web portal. The location of your billing-related settings differs based on how you purchased your Zoom plan: online or through sales.

If you've purchased a Zoom plan online or have a free (Basic) plan, your plan information is available on the Plan Management page of the Zoom web portal.

Access Plan Management

The Plan Management page indicates your plan summary, specific plan details and pending changes, active coupons, and more. You can also edit your plan from this page.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Plans and Billing then Plan Management.
You can view individual tiles for each plan you have and their renewal dates, as well as a Coupons section, Plan Summary section, and a section for other products available for purchase.

View the details of your subscription

  1. From the Plan Management page, to the right of a plan, click the down arrow to view specific plan details:
    • Quantity: The number of licenses that have been purchased. Click User Management to assign the licenses to your users as desired.
    • Billing Cycle: The billing cycle of the plan as being Annual or Monthly.
Note: You can also select One Month for a month subscription for some products. One-month subscription products do not automatically renew.
    • Renewal amount: The amount due at renewal.
    • Cloud Storage: The available cloud storage on your account.
    • Included in your plan: Products included in your plan, for example, Meetings, Team Chat, Mail, Calendar, Whiteboard, and Cloud Storage.
Note: Some of these details may not be visible if they don’t apply to your plan.
  2. In the Coupons tile, view your active coupons or click Add to add a new discount code.
  3. In the Plan Summary tile, click View to view a summary of your renewal dates and amounts.

If you have a free subscription, your current plan will indicate that you’re on the Zoom One Basic plan and have a meeting duration limit of 40 minutes. To upgrade to a paid account, click Upgrade to Pro.
