AudioCodes MP504/508 (formally M500Li) ATA device provisioning

You can use assisted provisioning to provision your AudioCodes MediaPack MP504/508 (formally M500Li) ATA device by following the instructions below.

• Device reset to factory default and the latest supported firmware installed

How to reset the existing configuration of the AudioCodes MediaPack MP504/508 (formally M500Li) ATA device

1. Log into the device web interface.
2. In the navigation menu, click SETUP, ADMINISTRATION, MAINTENANCE, then Configuration File.
3. Click Restore Factory Defaults, to restore the device to factory default.

How to obtain the MediaPack MP504/508 (formally M500Li) ATA device's Mac address

1. Log into the device web interface.
2. Click MONITOR, Device Information, then GENERAL SETTINGS.
3. Take note of the LAN Mac Address.

How to enable provisioning on the MediaPack MP504/508 (formally M500Li) ATA device

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. In the navigation menu, click Phone System Management, then Phone & Devices.
3. Select the Assigned tab.
4. Click Add, to add the device.
   Note: Make sure to enter the Mac address you noted in the previous section for the mac address item.
5. Click Save.
   You will be redirected to the profile of the device you just added.
6. In the Profile tab, click Actions, then Provision.
7. In the Provisioning window, follow the steps to provision your device.
