Managing Zoom Webinars passcodes

Zoom Webinars can require passcodes for an added layer of security. Passcodes can be set at the individual webinar level or can be enabled at the account, group, or user levels for all webinars. Accout owners and admins can also set passcode complexity requirements in their account settings. This will require participants to enter a passcode before they join a webinar.

Account owners and admins can also lock passcode settings, to require passcodes for all webinars on their account, and they can configure minimum passcode requirements. If you would like to enforce any of the webinar passcode settings for all users on your account or a group of users, you must lock the setting after enabling it. After you lock the setting, you can choose if you want to require a passcode for webinars that have already been scheduled. If a setting is enabled but not locked, users can still disable the setting in their personal settings.
