Viewing Zoom Revenue Accelerator users within the account


If you have Revenue Accelerator User Management permission, you can view and export a list of all Zoom Revenue Accelerator users within your account. The list shows the user's role, team, what activity can be captured by Zoom Revenue Accelerator (such as meeting, phone call, calendar, or email), as well as if the auto recording is enabled for their phone calls and scheduled meetings.

How to view Zoom Revenue Accelerator users within the account

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Revenue Accelerator then Users to view the following:
    • Name - Shows the user's name and email address associated with the account
    • Provisioned Date - Shows when the Zoom Revenue Accelerator license was assigned to the user
    • Role - Displays the type of role the user has
    • Team - Shows the team name that the user belongs to
    • Activity Capture - Displays the icon/s of what type of activity is being captured by Zoom Revenue Accelerator
    • Auto-Record Enabled - Shows if the auto recording is enabled for meetings and inbound/outbound calls
  3. (Optional) Enter a user's name or email address then press Enter on your keyboard to search for a particular user.

How to export a list of Zoom Revenue Accelerator for Sales users within the account

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Revenue Accelerator then Users.
  3. Click Export to download a list of Zoom Revenue Accelerator users in a CSV format.
