The system-readiness tool checks if your system meets the minimum requirements needed to enjoy the optimal Zoom Sessions experience. The test provides users with recommendations based on the results. Test results are not stored. In addition, telephone numbers for support will be provided for users to contact if help is needed.

Attendees and speakers can open the tool from their desktop or mobile device's browser, and conduct the test without additional input.

The system-readiness tool can be accessed from the event detail page and the event lobby on desktop and mobile browsers.

You can use the system-readiness tool to identify if your device and network connection meet the minimum requirements needed to enjoy the optimal Zoom Sessions experience.

Test device performance from the Zoom Sessions lobby

  1. Join a Zoom Sessions event lobby.
  2. In the top-right corner of the page, click your profile picture.
  3. Click Test Device .
    The test tool will open.
  4. Follow the test tool prompts.

Test device performance from the event details page

  1. Access the event details page of the event you want to attend.
  2. At the top of the event details page, by Join this event via the Zoom client or web browser. , click Test My Device.
    The test tool will open.
