Adding entry points to a flow for Virtual Agent
To add bots to campaigns, you need an entry point. When you create a bot flow, it automatically generates an entry ID that lets you connect it to your campaigns. Once connected, you can easily manage and activate your bot through the Campaign Manager.
For more information on installing your campaign on web and mobile apps, see the instructions on the Zoom Marketplace.
