Adding entry points to a flow for Virtual Agent


To add bots to campaigns, you need an entry point. When you create a bot flow, it automatically generates an entry ID that lets you connect it to your campaigns. Once connected, you can easily manage and activate your bot through the Campaign Manager.

How to add an entry point to the main flow

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click AI Management and then Virtual Agent.
  3. Create a chatbot or click an existing chatbot.
  4. Click the Bot Flows tab.
  5. Select the bot’s main flow (Type = Main).
    This will open the bot flow editor.
  6. Select the Start widget.
    The bot flow editor will display a right-side panel with the widget settings.
  7. Click Manage Entry Point.
  8. In the Manage Entry Point for Web Chat dialog box, click Add Entry Point.
  9. In the new pop-up window, select an entry point and then click Add.
  10. Click Save.

How to delete an entry ID

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click AI Management and then Virtual Agent.
  3. Click the Preferences tab.
  4. Click the Entry ID tab.
  5. Locate the entry ID you want to delete, then click Delete in the last column.

How to delete an entry point from the main flow

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click AI Management and then Virtual Agent.
  3. Click an existing chatbot.
  4. Click the Bot Flows tab.
  5. Select the bot’s main flow (Type = Main).
    This will open the bot flow editor.
  6. Select the Start widget.
    The bot flow editor will display a right-side panel with the widget settings.
  7. Click Manage Entry Point.
  8. Click the remove icon to the right of the entry point and then click Save.
