Customizing the Set Variables widget for Zoom Virtual Agent
Zoom Virtual Agent admins can add and edit the Set Variables widget. The Set Variables widget allows the bot to explicitly set a global variable in a bot flow based on if they've reached that node. Global variables are variables that can be accessed and used across various bot flows. These variables enable the chatbot to remember and apply information consistently, such as a user's preferences, chosen language, or shopping cart contents, throughout the entire conversation. This not only enhances the efficiency of the chatbot but also provides a more tailored user experience.
