Using Revenue Accelerator multilingual transcription

Zoom Revenue Accelerator automatically identifies the language spoken in a conversation and reflects it on the conversation transcription. Users can adjust the language settings to set the transcript language based on their preferences.

Conversation metrics, Screen Text, and Call Outs, such as Indicators, Next Steps, and Good Questions, are currently supported for additional languages.

How to adjust the conversation language

Converting the transcript language may take several minutes. Edits to the conversation summary, chapter titles, and transcripts will be lost when converting to a new language.

Notes:

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Revenue Accelerator then Conversations.
  3. In the Conversations tab, select a conversation.
  4. From the right of the conversation playback section, click the Content tab.
  5. To the right of the search bar, click the Translation icon.
    The Language Settings menu will appear.
  6. In the menu, click Adjust Transcript Language.
    A pop-up window will appear.
  7. In the window, click the dropdown menu and select the transcript language you want to use.
    Note: If this is the first time you are adjusting the language, you can adjust the language setting one additional time.
  8. Click Update to confirm.
    Note: The spoken language setting block will be grayed out until the language change is complete.

How to generate a transcript translation

You can easily translate conversation transcripts into multiple languages and even save translations for future viewing. Translating a transcript will not affect the original transcript. Once you translate a transcript, you can view both the translation and the original version of the transcript.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Revenue Accelerator then Conversations.
  3. In the Conversations tab, select a conversation.
  4. From the right of the conversation playback section, click the Content tab.
  5. To the right of the search bar, click the Translation icon.
    The Language Settings menu will appear.
  6. In the menu, click Generate a Translation, then select the language you want to use from the list.
    A banner under the Content tab will appear to confirm that the translation is being generated, and once it is complete.
  7. (Optional) Click Save for everyone.
    This will save your translation for future use. Any edits made will be reflected in the saved translation.
