Zoom Whiteboard users can add comments on the whiteboard canvas. Adding comments allows users to share their feedback in real-time and collaborate faster. Whiteboard users must have the appropriate permissions (commenter, editor, co-owner, or owner) to add comments. This feature enables users to communicate without setting up a Zoom meeting.

Whiteboard owners and users with co-owner, editor, or commenter access can add a comment on a whiteboard.
Click anywhere on the canvas where you want to post your comment.
Enter your comment and then click the Add button.
Note: You can mention a whiteboard user in the comment using the @mention format. You will be asked to grant access if the person you mention does not have access.
Whiteboard owners or authors of the comment can delete comments on a whiteboard.
The comment box will display.
To the right of the comment you wish to remove, click the ellipses icon and then select Delete.
Whiteboard owners can resolve comments on a whiteboard.
(Optional) To show resolved comments, click the filter icon and then check the Show Resolved Comments.
(Optional) To unresolve comments, click the Unresolve icon .

(Optional) To edit a comment, click the ellipses icon and then select Edit.
Once you leave a comment, collaborators can add a reply to your comment.
To reply to your own comment or someone else's, click the Add a reply text and then enter your message.
Click the Reply button when you are finished.
