Troubleshooting Zoom Rooms calendar resources

Under Room Management on the web portal, the Cisco/Polycom Room or Zoom Rooms calendar integration section has some or all rooms displaying the following error: "This calendar resource is no longer available in the calendar service.” Users may see this message because the service account no longer has delegate or impersonation access to the resource room.

How to troubleshoot Zoom Rooms calendar resources

To validate a service account’s resource room access:

  1. Sign in to Outlook Web Access (OWA) as the service account.
  2. Verify that you can open the resource room’s calendar.
    You will find that the service account can’t open the resource room’s calendar.
