Uploading documents and images to the whiteboard
To enhance the whiteboard experience, users have the option to upload documents and images to the whiteboard. This feature can be useful for sharing diagrams, charts, or other visual aids.
Notes:
- The currently supported formats include CSV, GIF, JPG, PNG, SVG, PDF, DOC, DOCX, PPT or PPTX.
- Uploading PPTX, DOCX or PDF files without an included font library will result in the embedded object using a default font to render on the whiteboard which may cause some style and spacing issues. Users can correct this by exporting their PPT/DOC file to a PDF before uploading and ensuring the PDF has a font library included.
- The maximum file size for a single PDF upload is 20 MB, while images are limited to 25 MB.
- If you do not see the Upload PDFs and Images icon in the editing tools, please contact an account admin to have this feature enabled.
