Sharing and downloading Zoom Revenue Accelerator moments and conversations


As a Zoom Revenue Accelerator user, you can share and download meeting conversations and moments with both internal and external participants. Your admins configure your access, and depending on the type of access given, you can:

Note: Moments was formerly known as the Zoom Revenue Accelerator Clips but was renamed to Moments to avoid confusion with Zoom Clips.

How to share moments and conversation

For users with share-only access

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Revenue Accelerator then Conversations.
  3. Share a conversation or a moment:
    • To share a conversation, click the share icon corresponding to the conversation you want to share from the list or open a conversation then click the share icon beside the conversation title.
    • To share a moment, open a conversation, click the Moments tab then click  beside the moment name.
  4. Click Share Link.
    A dialog box will appear.
  5. In the dialog box, either click Copy link for sharing or click Share via Email to specify an email address to send the conversation or moment then click Send.
    Note: When sharing via email, added users must meet the Who can view condition, or else you cannot proceed.

For users with managing moments and conversations share settings access

Note: Admins configure the access to manage moment and conversation share settings.

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Revenue Accelerator then Conversations.
  3. Share a conversation or moment:
    • To share a conversation, click the share icon corresponding to the conversation you want to share from the list or open a conversation then click the share icon  beside the conversation title.
    • To share a moment, open a conversation, click the Moments tab then click  beside the moment name.
  4. Click Share Link.
    A dialog box will appear.
  5. In the dialog box, copy the link or specify an email address to send the conversation or moment.
  6. (Optional) Next to Share Permissions, click Edit to modify the following:
    • Who can view - You can set this to Anyone with the share link, Signed-in users, or Signed-in users in your account.
    • For conversations, What viewers can view, in addition to the transcript and recording, select between Conversation metrics, Comments, Coaching, and CRM Info
      For moments, What viewers can view, select between Moment only or Moment highlighted in the conversation 
    • Share Link Expiration - click the toggle to enable this then click the drop-down to choose between 3 days, 7 days30 days, or Custom Date
    • Passcode - click the toggle to enable this then specify a password
  7. Click Save or the X button at the upper right hand corner of the pop-up window.

How to download a conversation

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Revenue Accelerator then Conversations.
  3. Select the check box next to the conversation or conversations you wish to download.
  4. Click Download drop-down then select between Recording or Transcript.
    A pop-up banner that says Preparing to download recording. It will take a few minutes. will appear at the bottom right of the page to confirm the action.

How to download a moment

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Revenue Accelerator then Conversations.
  3. Click a conversation topic from the list.
  4. Click the Moments tab.
  5. Click the three dots next to the moment name then click Download
    A pop-up banner that says Preparing to download recording. It will take a few minutes. will appear at the bottom right of the page to confirm the action.
