When migrating from the old Zoom Events licensing model to the Zoom Events Unlimited plan, the license owner is required to migrate one existing hub they own (if applicable) or create a new hub to own on the new Zoom Events Unlimited plan.
During the migration process, all assets that were on a pre-existing hub—which may have had multiple owners—will be transferred to and owned by the newly designated hub owner.
Additionally, users migrating to the Zoom Events Unlimited plan must choose hubs to be active hubs (according to each Unlimited license type). The resources/assets (events, recordings, content library) created under these inactive hubs must be transferred into the active hub.
Note: If the account admin needs to downgrade or upgrade the license(s), they can downgrade/upgrade the specific license(s) of the user and know which hub and events that are associated with the license will be impacted. All license transfers follow the existing process; the assets belonging to the license (hub) will transfer to the next hub owner. Additionally, the events metering is still tied to each hub.

Note: For access to the latest Zoom Events and Webinar features, we strongly recommend hosts to update to the latest version of the Zoom desktop client/mobile application.
If you are assigned the hub owner of a Zoom Events Unlimited license, you will have to select whether you want to migrate one existing hub that you already own or create a new hub to own on the new Zoom Events Unlimited plan.
For re-activated hubs, if the Unlimited license capacity is the same or higher (e.g. previously, the user had the Zoom Events 500 license but now has Zoom Events and/or Zoom Sessions 500 or higher), the user can keep the same number of event organizers.
When a user is assigned multiple licenses and has multiple inactive hubs, they can have unlimited host seats for licensed holders per hub and up to 5 unlicensed hosts per hub. The hub owner can view users who are licensed and unlicensed. The hub owner will also receive messages that inform them on how many free account users and paid license holders are allowed as hub hosts.
If you owned no more than one hub, and that hub had less than 5 unlicensed hosts:
The migration process will begin and can take a few minutes to complete.

Regardless of how many hubs you owned on the previous Zoom Events license, you may select only one hub to migrate—which will be the only hub you own—to the new Zoom Events Unlimited plan. Alternatively, you may decide to create a new hub to own on the new Zoom Events Unlimited plan.
To migrate an existing hub that you own with fewer than 5 unlicensed hosts:
The migration process will begin and can take a few minutes to complete.
To migrate an existing hub that you own with more than 5 unlicensed hosts:

The existing hubs that you did not select to migrate to the new Zoom Events Unlimited plan will become inactive. This means that:
