Selecting source ports to use during a Zoom Phone call

Account owners and admins can set the source ports for media to be used on Zoom desktop and mobile apps during a call. The range value should be between 9000 and 9999 and at least 50 ports need to be configured to make sure the functionality is not affected. This feature is available at the account level only.

How to enable or disable the Override Default Source Port setting

  1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
  2. In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Account Settings.
  3. Click the Zoom Phone tab.
  4. Under General, click the Override Default Source Port toggle to enable or disable it.
  5. If a verification dialog appears, click Enable or Disable to verify the change.
  6. Select your range of source ports, then click Save.
