Allowing or preventing your meeting participants from screen sharing

As the host or co-host in a meeting, you have the option to limit screen sharing to just yourself or grant permission so that participants can share their screen. To allow participants to share their screen by default, you can adjust the screen sharing settings from the Settings page on the web portal.
