Viewing the Failed PSTN Connections report
Account owners and admins can access a report on failed PSTN connections and can search by date range and multiple criteria. In the web portal, they can view reports from 1 month and can export reports from the past 12 months. Additionally, account owners and admins can click the meeting ID to view the dashboard page for that meeting.

How to access the Failed PSTN Connections report
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
- In the navigation menu, click Account Management then Reports.
- Click the Usage Reports tab, then click Audio Conferencing.
- Click the Failed PSTN Connections tab.
- At the top, use the following functionalities to sort the data:

Search by time range: Select a time range (within a month) using the From and To fields, then click Search.
Note: The maximum duration is 1 month, and the maximum duration is 12 months reports through export. -
Search for multiple criteria: Use the dropdown menu to the right of the time range to search for a Meeting ID, Host Email, Call-in Number, or Call-out Number.

Filter by call type: Use the dropdown menu below the time range to filter results by All Call Type, toll-free, toll, premium, or call-out.

Filter by error code: Use the filter box to select an error code checkbox by clicking the numbers. You can also select the All Error Code checkbox to select all the numbers.
- After setting your search criteria, click Search.
The search results will appear, based on your search criteria.
View data in the Failed PSTN Connections report
Once you access this tab, you can view the following information about each failed PSTN connections report:

Meeting ID
Note: The meeting ID is a link to the Zoom Dashboard page for that meeting; when you click the meeting ID, you will be directed to the dashboard meeting details. - Call in Number
- Call out Number
- Country/Region Name
- Call Type
- Start Time

Error Code
Note: Each error code has a tooltip that will provide information on why the PSTN connection failed. Hover your cursor over the information button to view more information about the PSTN connection. - Host Name
- Host Email
- Department
- Meeting Type
At the top right of the list, click the Toggle columns functionality to select the columns that you want to be displayed or hidden from view.
At the bottom of the list, use the horizontal scroll bar to view more information about failed PTSN connections.
How to export the Failed PSTN Connections report
You can export and generate Failed PSTN Connections reports.

Access the Failed PSTN Connections report.
- (Optional) Set your search criteria, then click Search.
- To the right of the search functionalities, click Export.
A CSV download of your report will generate automatically when it’s ready.
